Spa Etiquette

To ensure your ultimate bliss, there are a few minor details we would like to inform you of.
    Arrival Time
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that you can relax, refresh with tea and water, and fill in your consultation form.
    Late arrivals
While we always try to accommodate late arrivals, unfortunately there may be some occasions where we will have to limit the time of your treatment as the following client’s appointment has to be considered.
    Cancellation
Please notify reception 12 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend, otherwise a fee may apply. Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee.
    Termination of Treatment
The therapist reserves the right to terminate the treatment if he/she feels the client’s behavior is unacceptable.
    Mobile Phones and Noise
Mobile phones are to be in silent mode or switched off whilst in spa for consideration of other guests. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum.
    Special Considerations
Please advise us when you book of any health concerns, accessibility concerns or whether you are pregnant.
    Wellbeing
Please drink plenty of fluids during and after  your spa sessions to avoid headaches, tense muscles, and dehydrated skin.
